Astorga

The end of two very long days in Astorga.  We didn't do much walking around cause, well we were supposed to be giving my left foot and Sharon's right leg a rest.  It really is a lovely city and once again we are close to old town, the cathedral and the Camino.

Got to say this is the weirdest place we've been in..it's a pension and we are sharing the bathroom with at least 4 elderly gentlemen who talk to themselves.  But, it's private, clean and quiet.  I haven't needed melatonin or earplugs for a few nights.

Tomorrow we walk again' but will do just 6 miles the first day.  The next day and just bout every day after we'll do 10 to 12 miles.  We have plenty time to walk ( or crawl, if necessary) into Santiago on July 1st.  So, it's back to crowded, hot, stuffy, noisey albergues again.  Actually, I have kind of missed them, except for the hot and stuffy part. Oh, and don't forget smelly...

The weather is also warming warming up.

The WIFI may be sketchy for awhile.. So there may be a few days with no posts.
