Just getting to this point has been like hand to hand combat! Geez..at first, everytime I came back to my blog page, it looked different. Now, it's different on each device I use..not that I have that many. I've used my computer, my smartphone and my Nook. I'm trying to decide if I want to take the Nook. It will be easier to use for blogging, but it will be just one more thing that needs charging and to carry and to gaurd. Well, I have 2 months to decide
Yesterday, after wearing my Altos ponCho in the pouring rain for just 90 minutes, I was wet on the inside, including my backpack, as well as the outside. So, off I went to the Columbia Outlet. I am done with that poncho!
I used a waterproof windbreaker from RMI, which worked wonderfully. I sprayed my pack with waterproofing "stuff" which seemed to work ok, but packed everything inside in zip-lock baggies, which I recommend that you do.
